THE ANDY RODDICK FOUNDATION

2022 Annual Report

The Andy Roddick Foundation celebrates the moments when young people find that thing that makes them curious, that makes them dream, that brings them comfort. Like the moment when Andy picked up his first racquet and his world got so much bigger.

But too many kids and teens never have a moment like that. They spend their afternoons and summers home alone while their parents work two or three jobs. And if they do find that thing, they don’t have the means to pursue it.

Andy started ARF to help more young people discover their passions and help families and communities thrive. Whether it’s creating our own nationally acclaimed, free summer camps, or equipping our afterschool and summer partners, or impacting change for all of us, ARF led the charge in 2022 to take the time children spend outside the classroom — the times of day and months when they’re most at risk and falling behind — and turn it into real opportunities.

So that every single one has that moment when they realize, “I can!”

I can.
