Position Summary

The Boys & Girls Club of the Austin Area (BGCAA) is looking for a FT Club Director. The primary focus is on programs, supervision and training of staff, facilities management, budget management, community relations and membership administration, and above all else, to ensure a safe environment at all times.

We are looking for a role model. A motivator. A natural-born leader. Someone interested in education, program development, and management. This person should be able to effectively communicate with others as well as work collaboratively on a team. This may be the right place for you if you have experience working with teens and if you like working in a fun and energetic environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, Associate’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or no degree and a minimum of 4 years relevant experience

  • Must pass background check, reference check, and drug test

  • Must be able to work and interact professionally
